ALC stands for Aito Logistics Center. It is a group that performs a series of operations up to the delivery of products to consumers. Centered on a logistics center (approx. 10,000 m2 ) located within the Seto store, we also have bases in Sapporo and Osaka. In logistics operations, the group handles picking, sorting, processing, inspection, and packaging of products in its own warehouses, and in office operations, it handles all aspects of customer service, including checking inventory and delivery dates, receiving orders, placing purchase orders, and managing shipments. In addition to tableware, we handle a wide range of tableware items both domestically and internationally.

We regularly hold POPUP events at bookstores and event spaces of commercial facilities nationwide, focusing on ceramics and character goods. We also actively participate in marche and pottery fairs held throughout Japan.

We can develop OEM products in accordance with customers' requests. We are also engaged in planning and development for a wide range of markets, regardless of industry, utilising our know-how and expertise in the ceramics and porcelain field. We are ready to cooperate with major pottery production areas in Japan such as Arita, Hasami, Hagi, and Shigaraki as well as Seto-yaki and Mino-yaki. Overseas production is also possible depending on the content.

We offer a wide range of products, both original and ready-made, for corporate and government souvenirs, school graduation gifts, and sales promotions such as campaigns and novelties, according to budget, quantity, concept, etc.

We place orders, confirm delivery dates, collect shipments, and manage the procurement of original and OEM products from potteries and manufacturers. We also arrange packaging and materials for incoming products and manage in-house inventory (products before packaging).

We actively introduce excellent Japanese-made products to overseas buyers, mainly by exporting our own original products. We also regularly visit trade fairs held overseas to purchase new products and discover products that take advantage of the latest technologies and materials. As a business partner, we build relationships of trust with overseas manufacturers to bring good products from around the world to Japan and introduce Japanese products to the rest of the world.
